If your complaint relates to Accidental Damage insurance and you cannotsettle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for an independent assessment. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme?

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from this scheme if we cannot meet our obligations, depending on the type of insurance and circumstances of your claim.
